Quality Policy and Chain of Custody<\/b><\/h6>

The Administration of Gr\u00e1fica Maiadouro, S.A., aware that the market in which it is inserted is more demanding and competitive every day, has elected quality, innovation, honesty and permanent technical updating as the main priorities of its management.<\/span><\/p>

This challenge involves all employees, suppliers and customers, ensuring that:
<\/span>– Their needs and expectations are always interpreted and clarified;
<\/span>– Commitment with suppliers is increasingly intense, but also independent;
<\/span>– The continuous improvement of the organization is the objective of every Gr\u00e1fica Maiadouro, S.A. employee, ensuring the fulfilment of the NP EN ISO 9001, PSO ISO 12647-2, FSC\u00ae and PEFC chain of custody, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment requirements;
<\/span>– Gr\u00e1fica Maiadouro, S.A., hereby states that it is not directly or indirectly involved in the following activities:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>a) Illegal logging or the trade in illegal wood or forest products;
<\/span>b) Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations;
<\/span>c) Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations;
<\/span>d) Significant conversion of forest to plantations or non-forest use;
<\/span>e) Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations;
<\/span>f) Violation of any of the ILO Core Conventions as in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998.
g) On child labour;
h) On all kind of forced and compulsory labour;
i) On discrimination in employment and occupation;
j) On not alllowing freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining;<\/span><\/p>
